Agatean Empire Correspondence

After months of careful negotiation with the Imperial authorities in Hung-Hung, our agent in forn parts has secured a limited number of letters from the Aurient.  These are addressed to the Consulate in Wincanton and, we are told, bear messages of goodwill.
Appropriately, the two panels on the document which most closely resemble 'stamps' are printed in gold on gold.  Our agent informs us that the characters are translated as 'gold colour postage stamp'. The parchment is bound with ribbon and sealed with wax.
