Apsleys Commercial Bank Envelope

A letter from Apsleys Commercial Bank of Sto Lat, addressed to Mr Joseph Parasol concerning his failure to date and sign a cheque, has come into our hands.  
Unfortunately, the clerks at Apsleys in turn failed to address the envelope and it has therefore been directed to the Dead Letter Department at the Consulate office.  Along with 299 others exactly like it, strangely enough.
