LBEs: 2004-2005

SHL-RW0002-AnHarper Collins LBE

The rarest LBE in existance.  16 plain envelopes were obtained by Harper Collins from the Cunning Artificer.  The envelopes were given to stores as prizes for the best displays of Going Postal.
It is not confirmed, but it is possible that each envelope contains a blue triangle and the other original common stamps.
